tvScientific, a performance advertising platform for connected TV (CTV), has raised $25.5M in Series B funding led by NewRoad Capital Partners. Founded by David Koye, Jason Fairchild, Kent Wakeford, and William T Gross in 2020, tvScientific has now raised a total of $56.4M in reported equity funding.
Omnitron Sensors – $13M Series A
SENSORS
Omnitron Sensors, a provider of sensor technology for use in autonomous nagivation, AR, and other emerging applications, has raised $13M in Series A funding led by Corriente Advisors. Omnitron Sensors was founded by Eric Aguilar in 2019.

AirVet – $10M
HEALTHTECH
AirVet, a telemedicine platform for veterinary needs, has raised $10M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $11M and there were three investors in this close. Founded by Brandon Werber in 2018, AirVet has now raised a total of $42.2M in reported equity funding.
Musical AI – $1.5M Venture
AI
Musical AI, a rights management platform for generative AI, has raised $1.5M in Venture funding led by Build Ventures. Musical AI was founded by Matthew Adell and Sean Power in 2023.
